About Us 

Joe’s Jerky is the creation of Jodie Patla and her father, Joe Robinson, a Vietnam Veteran with over 50 years experience as a meat cutter.  After the passing of Joe's wife, Jodie got him into making jerky for the American Legion and VFW as a way to stay active.  Joe had a knack for creating some of the best jerky and meat snacks and everyone was constantly asking for more. In 2011, they decided to legalize their bootleg jerky and go into business fulltime and Joe's Jerky was born.
